Omnisphere Vs Omnisphere 2
So...
I would like to just purchase either Komplete 11 OR Omnisphere 2 (with Keyscape possibly) but don't know what to go for. Don't have the money for all 3
If I do buy Komplete 11, I'm thinking of purchasing Komplete 11 (not Ultimate) with Kontrol S61 or S88.
If I buy Omnisphere 2, I'll most likely buy Keyscape with a midi keyboard cheaper than Kontrol.
Komplete 11 is filled with a wider range of plugins and there are a few awesome third party Kontakt libraries I'm interested in
whereas Omnisphere I can get creative with designing my own sounds from both library sounds and samples.
If I buy Omnisphere 2, I'll most likely buy Keyscape with a midi keyboard cheaper than Kontrol.
I mainly produce Hip-Hop/Rap with some ambient/electronic on the side.
I would like to know what everyone else thinks between the two.

Omnisphere Vs Omnisphere 2 Download
Sep 23, 2018 1) Omnisphere is a synth, but it doesn't always create synth sounds using pure synthesis. 2) Omnisphere is like a ROMpler in that it often combines samples with synthesis, but the resulting sound is rarely like that of a ROMpler. (That's why you don't often see Omnisphere vs. SampleTank threads.) Best, Geoff. Apr 09, 2017 This is an ongoing myth. Omnisphere 2 is as good as anything out there in terms of being able to create more or less any kind of synth sound you can imagine. The only thing it's really lacking is audio rate modulation via the main oscillators. Dec 02, 2013 Omnisphere is a synth whilst Komplete is a bundle. It would probably be better to compare Omnisphere with Absynth and Alchemy. Omnisphere may come with some outstanding sounds out of the box but you can load in your own samples in Alchemy and Absynth which isn't possible with Omnisphere and kind of reduces your sound design options.
